Life-Coaching is based on listening and reflection. As a mindful coach I guide you through your own process to get clear on what you really want in life. In combination with meditation and yoga you can deepen your experiences as well as support your body and mind to stay healthy.
Yoga & Meditation
Yoga and Meditation are the basics of my Mindfulness practice. Yoga is more than just practicing fancy asanas. It is a physical and mental practice to increase flexibility – for both, body AND mind. Meditation is as imortant as the physical aspect, helping you to focus on the current moment and to calm down your mind. With more than 10 years of experience in Meditation, I can teach you certain exercises to easily integrate Meditation into your daily life.
A strong Mindfulness Practice within your daily life helps you to reduce stress and frustration. Mindfulness is about the focus on the present moment as well as creating flexibility of the mind. This flexibility creates space to see more possibilities on how to react in any situations. But take care, it could cause a calm mind and the ability to relax easily 😉
We are social individuals and our life is based on social relationships. Whether it is your origin or choosen family, friends, colleauges or your partner – relationships can sometimes be challanging. Communicating your needs and wishes is important so you feel heard and seen. Otherwise, you might not show up with your full potential and this will of course affect your relationships. With Mindful Life-Coaching you will learn to be honest and true to yourself, resulting in more fulfilled relationships, where each of you can live to their full potential.
LGBTQIA* - Support
As a queer man I support the needs and rights of the LGBTQIA*-Commuity. For me it is important that everybody has their safe-space to live their full potential. Whether it is a supporting community or the personal enviroment – everyone deserve to live their life in the way they want. Without discrimination, bullying, violence or even worse things. I am here to support all members of the queer community with at least a space to share as well as providing further help.
Coming Out at Any Age
Officially I came out relatively late with 31. Before I lived in a hetero-normative relationship with defining myself as bisexual. Due to my history I know a lot about inner struggles, fears and doubts about beeing queer (gay, bisexual, pan sexual etc.). I am grateful for the support a had during the years, that’s why I also want to provide help to queer people. Therefore I created a special offer to support you before, during and after the coming out – at any age. Don’t hesitate to contact me, also anonymous.
As a Digital Native I am into a big range of digital offers. I love listening podcasts on my walks or sometimes to fall asleep. With my current Podcast project I focus on sharing facts and stories about COACHING with a colleague. Twice a month we meet to speak about actual topics all about coaching, methods and our own approaches.
I am convinced that everyone deserves to work with joy and ease in a fulfilling job. But I also know that society beliefs often hold people back to really life their dreams. You can relate to this?
